Branded Confidence by Melanie Spring – a brand of confidence by a human who finally stepped into who she was called to be. And who wants to show you how to do the same for yourself.
“My personal brand is Approachable Badass.”
“The approachable part makes sure I get to know you really well by making you feel so comfortable you WANT to tell me things. The badass part goes deeper and further and ends up pushing you off the edge of a cliff you’ve been staring at for years – it’s the part that makes things a little uncomfortable.”
Melanie Spring has just launched her NEW brand after leaving her old brand Sisarina. She let go of her business, her list of services, her entrepreneur clients, her employees, and even the brand voice, to create a whole new brand that sells one product: MELANIE SPRING!

I just had to do a Q & A with this sassy human along with our branding shots!
Life story in 5 words: I am wild and free.
Skyscraper or Forest: both – I love the fast-paced environment of the city but my heart-rate slows in the forest
What do you love about you? That I have an innate humble confidence that allows others to connect with me in a way that allows them to share their lives with me so I can help them find their purpose. Also, I love that I’m 6′ tall.
Flip flops or heels: Neither – I broke my foot so no more flip flops (I wear Birkenstocks) and heels hate my feet.
Job that taught the most about yourself: Running my own agency – I know all the good AND bad stuff about who I am. It’s like having a mirror in front of you all the time.
3 things on my bucket list: Speak in front of 20,000 at the same time, rent a jet, donate $1M to charity in one year.
Vision for women on the planet: that we won’t have to talk about women’s anything anymore… that we can finally talk about human issues instead of women’s issues. Hopefully, it’s not as far off as we think.
Major weakness: saying no. I’m a people pleaser so I always want to help. I’ve learned recently that I have to say “I can’t” instead.
One piece of advice to women: You are loved. You are beautiful. You are enough. And you are right where you’re supposed to be.
Favorite person in the world: THAT is hard… but one woman who has changed my life as a boss was Talis Hollingsworth. She was always there for me, always cheering me on, and made sure to show me what being an amazing boss was really like. And I still love her to this day.
